石家莊常山恒新紡織有限公司是石家莊常山紡織集團有限責任公司下屬的全資子公司，成立于2003年7月，公司坐落于河北省石家莊市國家級高新技術開發區，占地283畝，建筑面積16.7萬平方米，是河北省重點項目工程和石家莊市建設紡織基地的標志性企業，現已成為新產品研發、生產、技術成果推廣、引導市場消費的集科、工、貿為一體的紡織企業。
公司裝備水平先進，擁有德國特呂茨勒TC-03清梳聯、瑞士立達C51清梳聯，瑞士立達E62精梳機、瑞士立達RSB-35C自調勻整并條機、全電腦FA426粗紗機、瑞士立達K44卡摩紡、意大利ORION自動絡筒機。配備瑞士烏斯特HVI、UT-4、AFIS、TENSOJET4、CLSSIMAT等測試儀器，通過了ISO/IEC17025：2005實驗室認證，通過了ISO9001:2015質量管理體系認證、OEKO-TEXSTANDARD100認證。
公司主要生產環錠紡、賽絡紡、緊密紡，緊密賽絡紡等白紡及色紡紗線，生產原料有棉、再生纖維素纖維、綠色差別化纖維、精紡羊毛等，紗線細度在6支～200支，產品涉及內衣、西裝、T恤衫、床品、毛衫、毛巾、工裝、運動休閑服、襪業等產品領域。
產品先后獲得國家質檢總局《中國名牌產品》、河北省《暢銷品牌》稱號。“恒新”牌針織用紗榮獲中國棉紡織行業協會、中國針織工業協會《用戶信得過優等產品》稱號，“恒新”牌精梳紗榮獲中國棉紡織行業協會、中國色織行業協會《色織用紗精品獎》、《中國針織行業最佳供應商》等榮譽稱號，在國內外市場上已形成了具有品牌優勢的核心競爭力。
